GYM

Today my love for the gym at LA Fitness has returned, well to be honest i was thinking that i needed a change after christmas but after today i realise i couldn't survive without going their (mentally and physically).
Yesterday I went to body conditioning and was loosing the will because
1. I felt bad that nina was not their
2. Felt a bit fed up anyway
3. Was jealous because everyone was their with a friend and having a laugh and I wasn't.
Well today it was different I went with Grandma she decided to come and have a go she did really well on the treadmill about 15 minutes bless her (think she is actually fitter than me i was impressed)
Then grandma decided that Jody had to be re-joined again as she has started her new diet and desperately wants to get healthy so I am so pleased she IS going to go on tuesday mornings and at weekends ! also rona is joining hopefully, just have to get nina their somehow !
Well while grandma was sorting out jody membership, I was having fun on the new machines new high tec treadmills and a skiing machine which i loved.

After the gym we went for a wimpy (healthy wimpy). When i got home spoke to denis and he is going to make us a summerhouse so excited ! he is so amazing we are going to go and check out a style we want at the weekend i can't wait.
