My sister Jody completed the Race for life charity run for cancer research yesterday, I am so proud of her she finished in just under 1 hour (5k). Jody was really pleased when she finished she received a medal bless her.Yesterday afternoon my Grandma and Denis had a BBQ was delicious, all the family were their we had a really good time. Jake (my youngest son) and Jody were making me laugh they are so funny, telling their stories about Jake when he was younger (hes only 4).
Sam and Jake had lots of fun playing with great auntie edie bless her she is so good with children.

WOW, 5k is less than an hour is fantastic!!! I need to get back to that. It's been too long and I used to run lots of races. What a great cause.
